What it means‘Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.”’ Al-Ikhlas, Sincerity, is a four-verse surah declaring the oneness of God and is among the passages most often recited from memory.
