Small Hours
What you seeA small block of cream and sky tiles on a cobalt field, holding cobalt crescents and stars in a chequer; one tile is mustard.
What it meansThe crescent and star are night signs, and the chequer is the oldest of tile layouts. Kept small and centred, the block reads like a window onto a clear night.
Where it worksQuiet and calm, it suits a bedroom, a nursery or a reading corner.
