Twenty Phases
What you seeTwenty moons on black, read left to right and down, run through one true cycle: a thin waxing crescent lit on the right grows to a half, a gibbous and a full disc, then wanes on the left to a last sliver.
What it meansThe oldest calendar there is, drawn as twenty dots: each frame is the real curve of the terminator, not a sliding circle.
Where it worksFor a study or a bedroom; it rewards being read slowly.
