Andalusian Garden

The garden of the Islamic west: a long tiled rill between myrtle hedges, cypresses in a row, orange trees in a paved court, water stairs, jasmine on a warm wall and the fourfold garden seen from above. Greens, terracotta and cobalt in flat gouache, drawn for rooms that want shade, water and fruit on the wall all year.
